Fashion designer Natasha Ryzhova Lau is reviving, for a second year running, David Bowie and The Beckenham Arts Lab’s Free Festival which they put on in August, 1969. The festival will be held in the same venue, Croydon Road Recreation Ground; last year over 1000 people attended and over £7000 was raised in order to help restore the park’s Victorian bandstand.

I’m very excited to be joining the lineup for Memory of a Free Festival, alongside Raf and O, Joey Herzfeld and His So Called Friends, Low Rent Tractors, the Thin White Duke Tribute Band, Bill Liesegang, Amory Kane and Roger Wootton.

Entry to the festival is £5 and it runs from 1pm to 7pm. I’ll be on at 2.30pm.
